The project land is computerized inteqaali land and undeveloped since inception, often called raw/fresh land, with self-grown small forestry of local species, was a vacant area without any public utilities, buildings or driveways.

Development of the land is in progress; Possession is in line with customer agreement; Inteqaal/ownership of the land is conceivable at any time on 100% payment.

Development work is in progress, currently (March 2023) 600 Kanal’s are ready for cultivation. Two solar tube wells installed, orchards planted in three farmlands, Crops cultivation is in progress.

Possession of these farms is ready and customers are informed to take over. Development work is continued with pace.

Project land is a combination of clay, sand and silt particles, predominantly sand, fertile for major cultivations and orchards, having enriched sweet underground water level at short distance.

Like any other land, yields maximization, moistness and nutrients enrichment of soil, depends on timely availability of water, seasonal rotational cropping and applying 3-6 inches layer of composted animal manures, clay soil, wood chips, crops clippings, saw dust, leaves, silage and/or finely divided organic matter of any kind over the period, decreases water evaporation and infiltration almost entirely, increased moisture and the required nutrients to soil and plants, improving yields per acre.

A rectangular size (350x746feet) of farmland can easily accommodate a mix of  wide open lavish style living area including villa/cottage, guestroom, gazebo, lawn, swimming pool, kids playing area, farmer houses, servant room, solar Tube well, cultivation of cash crops and vegetable field(s) on seasonal rotation, fruit orchards, livestock farming.

The best part to promote agriculture and make sure domestic food security, relevant government (Punjab agriculture departments) and other organizations (SBP, ZTBL, SMEDA and other development agencies/partners) have multiple initiatives, schemes and projects, providing financial and technical support for solarization, irrigations, cultivation, harvesting and livestock farming; time to time.
