Raw Fresh Land

The project land was undeveloped since inception, often called raw/fresh land, with self-grown small forestry of local species, was a vacant area without any public utilities, buildings or driveways. Raw/fresh land means no external pesticides, alien plant and pests to be worried of.

Hydrology, a science and study of the distribution-movement of water both on and below the Earth’s surface, as well as the impact of human activity on water availability and conditions.

Agriculture productivity depends on timely availability of water. The irrigation water of this land arises from its groundwater, through boring wells.

Our research and study of the entire land concludes, enriched bulk underground sweet water availability at a short distance and continuous replenishing of underground water due to passing by river.
